About Me

I am a blessed full time stay at home mom to 4 wonderful and precious children (3 sons and a darling daughter, ranging in age from 23 to 10) and wife to a loving husband of 24 years.

I hold a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo, as do our 3 sons (my husband is a 1st degree black belt while our darling daughter is a red belt turned passionate dancer).

I am also an avid follower of Jesus (click here to see what I mean when I say 'I am a Christian'). And while I try my best not to "preach" or make this a blog about theology, in one way or another, some of the inspiration, motivation, prespective, and joy I find in my Christian belief will naturally come out in my writing.

I married at a young age and had a family right away, so "life" took over and I was "lost" in the life of motherhood. I was lost but now I'm found. Through God's amazing grace and unconditional love, I have come to enjoy spiritual disciplines that led to "finding" my authentic self thereby finding true joy in motherhood and life as a whole. Joy that I hope to share to all that may chance upon this blog.

I hope to impart everything that have inspired me and all the ongoing learning process in my quest for a simple and joyful life.
